Our Story
Tuana Grill opened its doors on Bos en Lommerweg in 2025. The idea was simple: a Turkish restaurant like the ones in Turkey. Soup is ready in the morning, the mangal is lit and everyone is welcome – for a quick dürüm or a long evening at the table.
In our first year we got to know the neighbourhood, and the neighbourhood got to know us. Many guests now come back for their favourite dish; others taste lahmacun or a real charcoal-grilled Adana with us for the first time.
Our promise stays the same: halal meat, mince we season ourselves, fair prices and a warm welcome. That is how we keep growing, step by step and dish by dish.
Our Kitchen
Our kitchen is led by head chef Hamza K., whose passion for the Turkish grill shows every day in our Adana kebap, kuzu pirzola (lamb chops) and other grill specialities.
The traditional stews, the çiğ köfte and the homemade desserts – such as kabak tatlısı and sütlaç – are the domain of Arzu P., our specialist in authentic Turkish dishes with sauce.
We use halal meat and place great value on quality, flavour and consistency.
The Experience
At Tuana Grill it is not only about the food, but about the whole experience. Led by restaurant manager Gamze B., we make sure every guest gets a warm welcome and personal service.
We believe that food brings people together. That is why we create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
With friendly service, quality dishes and fair prices, we make sure every visit is a pleasant one.
Our Mission
We want to share the richness of Turkish culture with our guests in the Netherlands.
Through our dishes we build bridges between cultures and bring people together.
Our digital presence – from the website to online ordering – is looked after by Zek, who makes sure you can always find us and that ordering online goes as smoothly as a visit to the restaurant itself.
